Fedde le Grand

Fedde le Grand is a Dutch house DJ and producer. Best known for his 2006 track "Put Your Hands Up 4 Detroit", which topped charts both domestically and in the UK and Spanish dance charts.   Fedde co-founded Flamingo Recordings, a satellite radio company, and mixes a weekly radio show entitled “Dark Light Sessions” featuring music by fellow Flamingo artists.  

le Grand is a regular contributor and remixer for international dance sensations, often at personal request of the artists such as Robbie Williams and Will.i.am of The Black-eyed Peas.   Sometimes known as “The Flying Dutchman”, Fredde continues to be active in the dance and electronica music scenes.  He regularly places on DJ Magazine’s annual Top 100 DJ Poll, where he has climbed from 29th in 2009 to a career high of 14 in 2011.  He regularly scouts for new talent, contributing to the success of such acts Doctors in Florence, Roul and Doors, and Danny Avilia.
