Rui Negoto (音琴 るい, Negoto Rui, born January 16, 1994) is a Japanese AV actress and talent from Yamanashi Prefecture. She is affiliated with DINO. Her former stage name is Rui Hizuki (妃月 るい, Hizuki Rui) and she was under Japan Total Promotion. Her body measurements are: JP 92-58-89 (US 36-23-35) and have cupsize E. Her height is 158 cm.
