Paris, 1835. A favourite of Parisian salons, who cannot miss any important event in the country, 25-year-old composer Fryderyk Chopin is full of energy even after a devastating diagnosis. He knows that he does not have much time left, so he tries to live life to the fullest. He composes masterpieces, also on commission. Due to financial obligations, he gives piano lessons. His friends admire him, and women desire him. He does a lot to be loved and popular - but slowly grows into his truth: only music counts.
