1950A homely girl is seriously injured in a car crash. When she eventually wakes up in the hospital, she's astounded to see that plastic surgery has transformed her into a world-class beauty. When she finds out that a mysterious "benefactor" has paid for her surgery, she sets out to find out who he is and why he did it.
